Down 3.6 lb again this week. I'm obviously pleased by this. The only explanation I can come up with is the fact that I've been doing the Power 90 workouts 3 days per week for the last several weeks. Concurrently, my body water percent is up to 47%, my doctor recommends 50% (I started at 30.4%.) My skeletal muscle, and muscle mass have increased, while subcutaneous and visceral fat have decreased. All in all, I feel that everything is moving in the right direction at this time. So, no changes planned. Tax season ends two weeks from today, then its back to North Carolina and some hiking, biking, & canoeing.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 46.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
