I had a swell visit with my sister and gained 3 lbs! We ate out way too many times. I am back on track and working on getting those 3 lbs off. I have been busy this week getting caught up on the everyday things that I neglected.
Tonight I am having a BLT with tomatoes I grew! Sarah Lee makes a low calorie bread with only 13 net carbs for 2 slices. It is hot here so the sandwiches are right in line with the season.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
