Yesterday was a good food day. Today will be a different test. End of month at work so a push for everything to get done by Wednesday in my dept. Easy to distract myself with food there so I'm trying to be prepared. For me, it's completely a mindset. If I've got the mindset, I'm ok. Just wish I wasn't doing day 2-5 at work. Decided to keep a deli flat in the mix for my morning egg to see if that helps smooth the way from full on carb fest to doing it right. It'll be in the am so I'll have a chance to work it off and eventually I'll wean that off too.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
