After a perfect 5 days, I slacked off and didn't worry about what I ate yesterday and had more wine than I should have had. But I did take a, for me, pretty hard bike ride and managed to lose .2 pounds yesterday.

99.2 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, but I'm not shooting for my goal anymore. Made the decision today to go on maintenance. A little apprehensive, but I've got people working with me to get me on track and to learn what I need to know to maintain.
