Have not been sleeping too well lately. Short nights of sleep--hopefully I will get back to my normal sleeping habits.. I am very tired...

Sleepless nights are really tough...I hope you can get some good rest.

Tough to be out of kilter when you have not had a restful night. Maybe some light activity today instead of a grueling pace? Do you nap? My husband is a big napper and a very light sleeper. He turns in early and gets up early. Listen to your body & he will tell you what is best! Have a great day, Friend!

So sorry your sleeping is off. I hope you get some rest. Not getting enough sleep does mess with your body. Been there, done that. Every now and then I still have trouble with it.

No rest for the wicked.. as they say.. I must have been very wicked in some point of my life.. just a very weird and LONG week at work next week.. NOT looking forward to it.. really...
