A month ago, I had my first visit with my nutritionist to begin my weight loss/getting healthy journey. I've been working very hard sticking to my healthier eating plan. I had prayed for God to help me and show me what I need to do, giving me the strength and will to keep with it. And it's like a flip switched. I am bound and determined. It's not just about losing the weight. It is about feeling better mentally and physically. It is about learning how to eat properly and healthy. It is about fixing my pcos and insulin resistance. It is about doing what is best for me to insure that I live my life the healthiest I can.

Check up today and I have lost 16 lbs and my bmi went down 2.65 points. Looking forward to what my next visit looks like!

Such a wonderful outlook and plan. From personal experience the path will be curvy and sometimes bumpy, up and down hill but always possible, if you are focused on the reason. You Can Do It!

I am so proud of you. I have struggled for years trying to lose 20 pounds. Now I've gained another 10! I am now having health issues at age 70. I need the strength. I hope I can be as dedicated as you. I pray for it.
