Not sure how, but I'll take it. I had a junk "food" weekend and there's been no movement since last Wednesday, despite taking the syrup and all the increased physical activity. Will have a smooth move tea this evening if nothing happens today.

Day off to a rocky start, but lil sister was kind and went to pick up replacement coffee for the one that was spilled across my desk. Legs look pretty good again this morning, and was able to do more moving and grooving before heading to work than usual. Fingers crossed for this to continue since I'm done with the steroids after today.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
