Wonderful housekeeper! Sparkling!!! Physical Therapy went well and need to download Paced Breathing app and use it for 15 minutes every day . Willing to try it.
108.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would love to have a housekeeper, but I feel guilty even considering it since I am blessed with good health and have no reason to not do it myself. Sigh!!
