Little up over yesterday due to DOMS and homemade chocolate chip cookies...mmmmm

Yesterday at the gym was a slow and steady workout. We did Turkish Get Ups and I forgot how taxing those are. I felt like I was doing them for the first time.

Im so frustrated with my backslide in fitness. Certain things Im ok with, I used the 70# ball for slams, but I only did a few per round. Im using the 16 or 18 pound ball for wall balls - and I have to take a break because they suck and I suck at them.

I know itll get better with consistency, but I hate that I slid back. Silver lining though - after walking for a week and a half, I feel like my calves already feel firmer and IDC if its my imagination, Ill take it!
120.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
