My nutritionist has me on a new food plan. I'll post more later but it's working and I'm eating more than I usually do!
59.7 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

999 kcal Fat: 41.89g | Prot: 85.42g | Carbs: 79.29g.   Breakfast: Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Uncured Canadian Bacon, Guerrero Nutri-Ricas Carb Watch Whole Wheat Tortillas, Fried Egg without Fat, Sports Research Collagen Peptides, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Coffee. Lunch: Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat) , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Stock , Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup. Dinner: Skinnygirl Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Tre Stelle Feta Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Beef Brisket (Whole, Lean Only) . Snacks/Other: Apples , Cheesecake , Dcm choc chip bars, Baby Carrots . more...
