225.4lbs. 4.4lb loss in eleven days.
Not as much as I'd hoped for in this kind of time frame, but it's enough to put me deeper and more firmly into the 220's!
Kept the calories VERY low on several days last week, and every day was within my 2500cal limit. Woohoo!!

I had to edit the description because it was off by a pound (224 vs 225), and when I did, the previous post deleted. But I did see some very kind comments and many supports. I didn't mean to delete them, and I do appreciate and thank you all for stopping by! 😊👍📉⚖️

From what I’ve been reading, 2500 calories/day with that kind of progress is pretty great! Stay encouraged. 🌸

HS... Thanks.. I've no idea why FS gave me so many calories, but the equation seems to be right. We all have our up's and downs, but I'm still very optimistic about reaching my goal! Probably will be adjusting it to loose 5-10 lbs more after that, but need to see how I feel when I get there. I'd plugged in 100lb loss at the start, just cuz it was an easy number to remember as a goal. Still lovin' the big meals though!! ⚖️📉👍😊🍽️

That’s so weird, LB… I got 1,840 for mine at 100. Maybe my weight is just more than yours or my weekly goals are different. Do you include activities into your journal? Maybe that’s helping you too!

I only record foods.. When I started, all I put in was age, height, weight, male and goal as far as I can recall... Not certain if it asked for a weightloss timeframe or not❓ To be honest, I luuuvvvvv to eat!! And I'm looking forward to goal weight so I can add a bit more daily calories during maintenance mode! 🤣🤣😂 But seriously, I bet keeping a higher protein level in my diet helps a lot, but who knows!? ❓🙄

That’s it then! Males & females differ with caloric needs. You get more of a “calorie cushion” than I do. Heh, enjoy it!!! 👌🏽 The protein matters too. I notice I’m mostly carbs. I gotta figure that out..

Yep, the protein level is probably the easiest way to make up a bit of the difference, and activity probably comes next. But although I'm more than certain there are many other difficult to overcome factors involved when it comes to male/female weight loss. My bet is that it's evolutionary, and has to do primarily with women having a physical need to continually store fat-energy in order to be ready to supply nourishment to both unborn and newly-born children at any given time, while males need higher energy amounts for both muscular systems and the replenishment of their reproduction system (Which does require larger overall amounts of energy by contrast (perhaps daily) than for just one egg per month). But those are just my guesses and what I tell my wife... Who knows!? ⚖️📉🤔😂🤣

Great job! I tip I advise is to try to stay eat 2000 calories a day it will boost your fat burning !! The weight will drop quickly also try to eat 3 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up! GOOD LUCK !

Daphne... Yes! On the weeks that I get down to that level for a few days, it really helps! Usually those are days that I simply fall asleep before I get to have a snack! 🍽️😕..⚖️📉🤔👍😊
