My daughter and grand kids are here this week for a garage sale so my eating habits have not been what they should be. A lot of fast food is being eaten as we try and set up the sale. Its funny up until a couple of weeks ago fast food was all I ate but now I want more balanced healthy meals, to help me get to my goals. I am hoping that in the next couple of months once my daughter and the kids move down here from WI and live with me for awhile until they can get back on their feet that I will continue to lose and not go back to my old habits.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
