Week 2 - Day 2, did workout but missed my morning treadmill as I was running late for work. Surprised at the weight loss this morning cos I ate a lot of mashed potato before gym yesterday eve and thought it screwed up my weigh in but i'm not complaining. Did eat alot again today cos couldn't get online to log my foods in before the day started and that's a huge setback for me! I'm hopping onto the scale before going to bed but not logging in that weigh in - just testing to see how i fluctuate between morn and eve.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
