morning everyone,weight-gain totally under control, 1st: it was Sunday, with a very intensive 2 hour workout, so i ate a little over budget to compensate, still a nice deficit of -1233 kcals. but bowls are full now ;) 2nd: i ate soup, soup always screws up my salt-water retention. 3th: i withstood a BBQ! i only ate a very tasty trout (pure no sauce) and a bowl of fruits... so proud of me, so this weight gain is just the stupid scale trying to demotivate me, and im not gonna let it bother me today.4th: i feel a new low coming up this week ... I joined another challenge yesterday: 6-pounds-in-a-month i like the challenges because my weightloss is soooo slow, i forget to look back, and in the challenges you get to compare yourself with a month or two months ago. And then you see the loss (*yeah*) you can all still join me, would be fun to keep coparing eachother lik ein a race ;) have a nice day today! never give up!
