Ok; lose 4 lbs in as many days, by Monday gain one back. What the rebound means, I don't know, but I'll take it.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Salt perhaps ?? I just did that too; not 4 pounds and gain 1, but definitely had a couple of higher salt meals over the weekend.

Getting your period will do that 🤣🤣🤣 Weight fluctuations are normal, it's still a net loss of 3 lbs 👍
