it's getting harder since I started my prediabetes diet in finding sweets so last night I grab an apple for a snack. I was so proud of myself. glad to hear you are on a streak, too. encouraging

Way to go ... just another small pebble in the path. I have been curbing the same thing - it is starting to smooth out now .... and on we go !!! We got this.

That is me in the kitchen - hard boiling eggs at 1 AM in the morning - snarffled down 2 hard boiled eggs back to back - and thought .... I have to stopped now since I do not want to have to process 5 eggs. It is nutz in here.
