229.8lbs. 0.8lb loss in six days.
Another very tough week for weight loss.
Maxed out the calories nearly every day this week with large meals.
(Didn't expect a loss!)
But it was enough to get me into the 220's!
Woohoo!! 🎉⚖️📉😊👍
104.2 kg Lost so far: 29.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Shrewdness... Thank you! I know a loss won't always happen for me when I'm maxing out the calories, but I just happened to get lucky this time, both as a loss, and in the timing of it to get me into the 220 club! 😂
