I ate salty snacks. inflammation up. I didn't sleep good. I broke my fasting window too soon. I went off keto. alot of stress at work.... hmm what other excuses can I throw in there 🤔🤣

Stress at work definitely has an impact. All of those stress hormones released makes me swell up like balloon!! Especially my belly area! Hope things get simpler for you soon! Put it in God’s hands.

Run in place I do that or belly dancing or walk your house with leg weight on and remember not to beat yourself up and just pick yourself up and start again!
