Well, I hate going up but I have been hovering at 166 or 167 and I don't want to over estimate what I gain on my trip. So I decided to weight on this morning no matter what. Just didn't trust sick weight loss and I was right. Well, slow and steady wins the race as the tortoise says. I barely have any energy back and am still not exercising much at all. I did work a full week (and I went to sleep by like 7:30pm exhausted). Off to Italy a week from tomorrow!
