I went to the gym last night!! It was a tough workout, and I didnt finish, but it doesnt matter because I was there and I was moving. Thats exactly what I needed.

Foodwise - Im doing better but Im still struggling a bit. Water consumption sucks so Im going to work on that today.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
