So I had one or two bad things yesterday and I gained a pound Ugg. Starbucks sugar free vanilla venti frapp and iced lemon cake. The feel sorry for myself Valentine’s Day because I’m single. So it isn’t just about calories because i only had 800 calories yesterday and the day before 800. I can’t exercise right now because I have a leg injury and I’m on crutches. Talk about being frustrated!! :(
82.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
