Yes, here's the proof of my weakness, up another pound! I think I am under control now thanks to some encouraging help from my buddies. Boy did it rain yesterday, I mean buckets! We have this weather situation setting right over us and it is full of water. Everything is saturated and soggy. Nothing going on today, just a relaxing day at home and no outside influences.
