Down 3.4 lbs this week. A bit surprising actually. I was still recovering from being sick and worked 12 hours plus every day for the last week because its the peak of tax season. I only walked the dog a half mile or so per day and did little else in the way of exercise. Hopefully, I'll be able to have some time for hiking and weight lifting this week.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
