Okay. I knew this day was going to be bad, yet... not this bad - almost double the targeted carbs, 50% over on fat, and I just barely got my minimum protein. Ugh! Worst of all, my waistline is up a quarter inch! Not surprising given how many carbs, though, LOL! Ah well. I'll correct it over the next couple of days. Nothing to worry about.
