Not bad, since I had the munchies at the end of the night.. Yes, I behaved-- at salad, and some popcorn..lol..(air popped)...
149.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 61.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
