My gosh it's insane how long it takes older menopausal women to lose weight! How is it you can gain 3 pounds over the weekend and then it takes 2 weeks to lose! UGGGG!
64.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

The speed in which we gain vs how long it takes us to lose is just ridiculous in general. So I can't imagine adding to the difficulty of the equation. But the great thing is that you are knocking down your weight with consistency. Before you know it you will be back to where you were.

That is me and my mother's story for years. Gain a pound or two on the weekend; takes the whole week (or two) to get back to where we were. I'm trying really hard to keep the same eating habits on the weekend as I do during the week and it has helped a little.

You will get there! I just noticed that you changed your goal weight from 136 lbs to 132. My goal weight is 136 lbs. You inspire me, Mardee!
