Finally out of the 170s!! Still 8.4 pounds to my first goal with a date of March 31, but with the weather finally warming where I live, I've started walking a mile a day, so finger crossed I can do it.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
