I'm still starting out the day okay and maintaining through lunch, but once 4pm hits, it's no holds barred. I was ravenous and eating leftovers out of the fridge with wild abandon, followed by a visit to Steak n Shake. Now I must pay penance at the gym this morning.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Schedule some healthy filling snacks so you don't get ravenously hungry.

I do need to shop for some safe snacks. My sweet tooth gets me in trouble every time. And although I didn't feel like going to the gym this morning, I did meet with the trainer and he pushed me a little harder today, which actually made me feel more energetic. After I got home, I cleaned house. My trainer discussed weight goals with me for the first time, and I think this accountability is going to be a good thing for me right now, while I lack the motivation to get it done by myself.

Same here. I really blew it the last couple of days, and it is the late afternoon into evening that I have done it also. It's like once I start I don't stop. What the heck? I know better but still did it. Going to put the breaks on this today!!

That is EXACTLY what happens with me if I don't eat a huge breakfast!
