Happy Wednesday! Today is about doing what I CAN, not what I cant.

No gym again last night, but I skipped fries when we went to culvers last night. I really like their grilled chicken sandwich so that was an easy choice. Also, I didnt make myself finish my cup of soup that I got on the side. Thats a big win for me.

I made a salad for lunch so Ill be getting some greens in. Im going to try to actually log the whole day today too. I already filled my cup with ice so Ill be hitting the water early and frequently today.
