I haven't been on the app much beside to log food, I haven't weighted in for a month or more. been in a surplus for a few weeks now. lots of beef n rice and eggs n potatoes 😂. it's been a long road to hit 200 lbs. mostly probably water right now from all of the carbs per day, but I'm here. I've said it before, gaining weight is far harder then losing it.
