Uh oh. I gained 1.8 pounds this week. :/
What can I blame it on this week?
Was it the pesto chicken sandwich? The two dinners composed of carne asada tacos? The fact that I was so happy I fit in a size 9 again? Getting two pairs of pants that I look FABULOUS in? Feeling accomplished and getting lazy perhaps? Or is the stress of finals? Having nightmares about not getting a good grade and having my graduate degree school acceptance revoked? The incredible stress I experience everyday at work? The holding back of tears when we think of our grim cases at the law office I work at? Not getting enough sleep?
It is what it is. Sometimes there are weeks without loss, and there are weeks when you gain.
I'm still on a mission!! 20something pounds to get to a 100 pound loss!!
