Less than steady logging, too much bread (jeez I love bread) and sweets, is having it's comeback. Other than that, I keep active, and have fun. At that point, I think I'm doing pretty good.

But I'd like to go down another 10 lbs... So I'll try and be a little steadier on the logging, and cut down on sugar and bread.

Bread is one of my weak spots too. When I want a sandwich I usually make it open face, so that helps a little. After doing that for a few months, I look at a 2-slice Sammy and it just doesn’t look right anymore!
