Thank you. I'm actually proud of myself and I was surprised. I was waiting for that disappointment of plateau and I thought that would be this morning my once a week weigh in but I guess not. 🙂

The only thing I did wrong and I should of did more research but I have learned my lesson was drink a juice that's suppose to help with gut bacteria. I got the recipe on Pinstrest and the post does recommend to get a doctors advice at the end of the blog. So after not feeling well on Friday I looked on a medical website and search the juice I was drinking and discovered that people with intestines issues, IBS, or has had kidney stones not to drink this juice or in moderation. If you get symptoms like nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea to stop immediately. The recipe I got from Pinstrest does not mention the side effects that could happen like myself. Now I'm feeling back to normal and next time I will get advice from a doctor or do more research.
