Saturday and Sunday were spent at my Mom's doing work, got good exercise but also didn't eat as well as I should have and had a couple IPA's (they were good). I've been stuck at 244 for several days, got to get past that, so I really am going to stick strictly to my RDI, also not going to weigh in again until next Saturday morning.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I like Sat morning weigh in's. Right before Spike day!

Spike day, yep. I had a couple cheats Saturday I didn't put into my food log, bad me. I really want to get a couple pounds off this week! Despite what the scale says I'm fitting in my clothes better so that's a good thing. I know how I'll get if I keep daily weigh-in's and don't see a change so I'm better off at this point not weighing in every day.

It always amazes me how much humanity is the same yet so different! I love to weigh in every day. I don't mind the up's and downs. I even maintained my loss thru Spike day. I love it when that happens!

I think waiting until next Saturday to weigh is a great idea. When the scale won't budge or moves up because of water weight it can be very disheartening. Keep up the good work!
