I don’t know how much longer this flu hangs on, but it’s been before the first, and I’m running a fever again. I’ve been vaccinated and boosted and a flu shot. I eat lots of fruit.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
