Still follow WW plan but the new plan is great, much more flexible, you get dinged when you eat items with sugar or sat fat in it. I chose potatoes & avocadoes as my free foods.
53.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
