Sedentary gain...today also no workout due to swollen sprained ankle, hoping tomorrow i can fit in an upper body workout at least. today will try and eat vegs all day since not working out.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
