So, apparently I'm just not doing it right. Frustrating as it is, I'm beginning to think I should modify my goals and expectations. enjoying these lighter days at work, kissing the time to catch up, and not be so so so rushed ask the time. letting go is bleeding into eating habits too.
65.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nothing wrong with recalculation. Wherever you feel the best and your body likes is the most important. I had to do the same thing. What we want vs what we need is always the battle.
