A little gain since I ate out last weekend. I'm going to blame it on the fries at Applebee's those suckers were covered in slat! It's raining today so I am taking the day off of formal exercise. The next 2 days will be filled with moving my Grandma from one apartment to another. This will involve countless numbers of stairs. So even though I will not be doing "exercise" I will get plenty of it!
