Still fasting. On day 13 of calorie free liquids + electrolytes. It's actually getting easier, not harder. Not much hunger and losing steadily. I feel clear headed with calm energy. Tonight will be the 2 week mark out of three, so unless something goes downhill, I'm shooting for the full 21 days.
I'm headed to Onederland!
92.2 kg Lost so far: 34.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Thanks friends. I keep my belly full of liquids, it helps keep the hunger away. And I drink mineral salts - electrolytes - several times a day, especially if I feel fatique. I'm living off my own body fat exclusively and have lost about 16 lbs in 12 days. I am doing it under the guidance of a group and we check in every day. Different people in the group have had a variety of experiences, but there are quite a few of us who are going strong. I couldn't have done this when I was teaching because I do get tired and need to rest. I am walking about 2 miles a day, but when I get back, I'd tuckered out.
