Been back to the gym and swimming laps in pool, walking, yard work .. and sticking to points - hubby has been back a week and lost 7 pounds!!! I'm feeling good even though scales isn't moving much - that's okay - hoping for a couple pounds off next week. Happy weight is falling off of him though - even though he's getting a little grumpy....
68.2 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you, still getting those workouts in and sticking to your points. My scales aren't moving either, but I can definitely tell a difference.
