Way to go! Fantastic work!!! 

Thanks JoJo! I just changed my goal from 210 to 195. Sadly, I lost all my green and blue lines! Ah well, - onward and downward. 

Wow!!! Erickahollister this is great I can't wait until I get where you are.  

Remarkable!! I have never tried a long term fast. You are doing great! 

Hey Erika, are you fasting all or some foods, also what liquids are you taking in? Cheering you on🎉🎉 

Thank you Buenita, Rontique, and Daughter of the King, Buenita - I started at 280, and it's been a long and winding road; and I still have 50-60 lbs left before I'm at a normal weight. Rhontique, after about day 2 the hunger is mostly gone. If you ever want to try it, maybe we could do a challenge. Daughter, I'm drinking only non-caloric beverages; water, herbal tea, and allowing a 'treat' of an occasional Zevia (stevia sweetened soda). Some in my (non FS) group are doing water only. I tried black coffee for a couple of days, but it disturbed my sleep. The group is going for 21 days for Advent, so there's a spiritual element. I'm remaining open minded about how long I will go. But you can't beat it for weight loss.  

Wow!!! Erickahollister that is amazing you have really been putting in the work of discipline God Bless your efforts it definitely works. 

Thank you Buenita. It has to be the right place and time with the right support to do an extended fast. I'm retired, so I don't have to go to work every day. It goes through the solstice, 12/21, so I'll be able to enjoy festivities with my family after it's done.
