Writing on Friday. I started on the 1st, so this is day 5, and I'm down 9 lbs. I'm sure most of that is water weight, but progressing at about a pound per day, I that's probably fat stores. I'll keep it up as long as I feel healthy. My fasting group goes to the Solstice on the 21st.
