This is apparently my new weight, since this is 3 weeks in a row. I say it's a good weight to be at! I did my last workout today before my race. I'm getting excited!
73.2 kg Lost so far: 26.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
