So I dropped another pound. I am feeling really good about it. To be so far under my goal weight is like a dream come true. I got into a pair of jeans that have previously been to tight. I don't know why, but that is such an ego boost. I should go and take my measurements and record them.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
