I've been waiting days for the scale to move.... Urgh feels like forever. Sometimes it feels like it will never move again or in the direction I want. If I have failed I might as well eat more! Gawd do you say this to yourself? I can really drive myself bonkers at times. Not gonna let the scale or my head get me down! I got this! #keepgoing

suggestions. Maybe only weight yourself once a weight. Try to maybe focus on feeling stronger and healthy and how your clothes fit rather than weight the scale says. I know for me the scale really brings me down. Yes, my thought tell me screw it why not just eat icecream, chips, chocolates etc. I also do some reading on Addiction and how that little devil( addition) tries to use your negative thoughts to give in. Everytime your thoughts go their first be aware, second tell them to f___ off. lol. Also, their are Over eaters anonymous meetings online and in person all over. I have used these meeting to help my thoughts stay on track. Also, having the odd chocolate bar or treat is ok hun. Just add it into your daily food calories. I have found this helps with cravings. Dont be so hard on yourself hun. the weight didn't take you over night to gain. This is a journey. All the best and I hope something I have said might help.
