I think my original scale finally has to be tossed out. I expected a gain this morning just because I ate more than I have been this month. I made chili in the crock pot and really don't know how much I ate. I cooked it for over 7 hours and ate about a cup for lunch, before it finished cooking and then later in the day I ate a bowl. My bathroom scale is showing anything from a 4 pound loss to at least a 1 1/2 pound loss. I know those weights aren't accurate. So I used the new scale which I had moved to the guest bath. It had been weighing about .2 pound lighter than the old scale. But now it appears the most accurate. Not feeling bad about the chili - I didn't overeat and I know it's probably water weight and will be gone in a day or two if I stick to plan.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Scales! I can step off and reweigh and have two different weights within seconds. I am upping the veggies, and hop that will be the start of something great. I love the diced tomatoes.

Abba - I'm not a big fan of veggies. But I use onions when I cook and I bought some carrots, brussels sprouts and carrots to roast in the oven this week, sometime.
