Yesterday was hectic with the restoration service working under the house all day. I try to do intermittent fasting or at least try to stop eating before 3pm. I had planned on grilling a burger on my George Foreman grill for my last meal of the day, around 2:30. But I went to the grocery store around 11:30 and bought a dozen eggs. When I put the grocery bag on the kitchen counter it fell off and the egg carton landed upside down. I thought all the eggs would be broken. But one broke and one was cracked so I fried 2 eggs around noon and just wasn't hungry for the burger later. I noticed I don't have a red line! That hasn't happened for years. But I set a 15 pound goal and will set the next goal when I lose that. I'm hoping smaller goals to focus on will keep me motivated.
