I originally joined here 10 years ago with the intent of losing about 20 lbs., but life got in the way and I did nothing. Fast forward 10 years I still want to lose 20 lbs., but to get back to the weight I was 10 years ago!! Life is quieter now and I'm taking small steps, one day at a time.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
