Weekly average weight 168.9 Up 2 ounces from last week's average, so I maintained. Had a nice last few days with Joe's longtime friends, 2 brothers, who came for a visit and went hunting. They are leaving early tomorrow morning and enjoyed the meals I cooked for them. Both brothers are single so they appreciated the homemade meals. New week will be busy getting ready for family coming next Saturday. Super exciting about that. Hope everyone is getting closer to who and where you want to be. ❤

Hahaha 😁Shrewd, you crack me up. I actually did not eat any of the meals I prepared. I made meat sauce with angel hair pasta, salad and garlic bread. Next night apricot chicken, mixed vegetables and roasted asparagus. Tonight I made mini meatloaf, egg noodles and peas. All simple food, but they were happy with it. Oh wait, I lied, I did have some of the pasta, the first day, but that was it. Boy, these brothers are talkers! Stayed up after midnight for 2 nights listening to their stories, but I really enjoyed their visit. ❤ Ther are leftovers, except for the pasta and meat sauce, so just let me know what time you'll be here so I can warm everything up. 💕

Thank you Wifey. 😊 I had some frozen cooked apricots, partly pureed, added seasoning and peach balsamic vinegar, heated that up in saucepan and spread over cut up seasoned chicken breast. Baked in oven for about 30 (+/-) minutes. 😊

Aww, that's sweet of you Erquiaga. I'm keeping it simple this year. My colors I am using are brown/beige and blue. 😊

CC, I make the apricot chicken too, but I sprinkle sliced almonds on top before I bake it. Gives a nice crunch, got the recipe from my older son.

Aww, Mer, you're such a sweetheart. 💕 I needed a few days rest after our last guests, but back at it getting ready for the next group. 😊 Hope you and the girls are doing well and looking forward to the holidays. I'm sure it will be a sentimental time, but hopefully loving memories will help through. 💖
